The Chrome extension handles calling, recording and caller numbers using the Sales Rep’s active Coax location session in a separate tab.

The dialler does not change telephony settings or claim call evidence.

Manage team access

Add a Coax Workspace user before they sign in. Owners can add admins and Sales Reps; admins can add and manage Sales Reps.

View as Sales Rep (read-only): use View as Sales Rep to inspect an active Sales Rep’s exact queue and experience for up to 30 minutes. Changes are blocked and the session is audited.
